Role Overview

We are looking for a talented Microsoft 365 to join our team, responsible for overseeing the management, security, and evolution of our clients' modern workplace environments. In this role, you will be the go-to expert for endpoint management and cloud infrastructure, driving operating system modernization (including Windows 11 readiness and deployment) and optimizing the entire Microsoft 365 tenant ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

  • Tenant Administration & Optimization: Manage, configure, and maintain the full Microsoft 365 suite, ensuring optimal performance, security, and integration across all cloud services.
  • Endpoint Management: Design, implement, and manage enterprise device strategies using Microsoft Intune (including device enrollment, Autopilot, compliance policies, and configuration profiles).
  • OS Lifecycle & Migration: Conduct hardware/software compatibility assessments, plan deployment strategies, and execute phased rollouts for operating system upgrades, with a strong focus on Windows 11.
  • Security & Compliance: Oversee patch management, enforce security guidelines, and standardize security policies across all enterprise client machines to ensure a secure infrastructure.
  • Troubleshooting & Support: Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues related to client enrollment, synchronization problems, authentication, and policy conflicts.
  • Strategic Advisory: Provide technical leadership and strategic guidance to internal teams and clients on Microsoft's evolving roadmap, updates, and Modern Workplace best practices.

Technical Requirements (Hard Skills)

  • Solid experience administering and configuring the Microsoft 365 ecosystem (including Microsoft Entra ID / Azure AD, Exchange Online, SharePoint, and Teams).
  • Deep technical expertise in Microsoft Intune / Microsoft Endpoint Manager (application deployment, conditional access, and mobile device/application management).
  • In-depth knowledge of Windows 10 and Windows 11 operating systems, servicing models, and enterprise compatibility.
  • Proven track record managing large-scale device migrations and Modern Desktop deployment projects.
  • Advanced troubleshooting skills across network configurations, identity management, and Group Policy.
